Every year since Old Glory was formed, we have made donations to various organisations out of the money we have collected during the winter. Most of the beneficiaries are local, many were chosen because of a shared interest in keeping history alive and some have special meaning to individual members. A few have received more than one donation. Our entire December 2011 - January 2012 collection - an amazing £1,230 - has been donated to Cancer Research UK. A big Thank You to everyone who gave so generously.
